E-auction for procurement of Tur dal for phase-II is scheduled between 31st of May 2011 and June 2011. The District wise quantity and time schedule are detailed in Annexure-I to this circular.
The quality parameters specified vide clause 6.1 of request for proposal (for enrolment of suppliers for supply of Tur dal under Aksharadasoha Scheme through NCDEX Spot Exchange Ltd) and detailed vide clause-2(a) and 12(a) of the circular " on e-auction of Tur dal under Aksharadasoha Schme vide No.KFCSC /MKT / ADS / TURDAL /NCDEX/ 89/2011-12 / dated 26.04.2011 is once again reproduced below for the information of eligible suppliers.

The quality parameters other than the above shall be in accordence with P.F.A Act 1954 along with the PFA Rules 1955.
All eligible suppliers who intend to participate in e-auctions shall comply with above directions and stocks will be assayed in accordence with the above parameters, as per the procedure specified vide clause-7 of request for proposal (for enrolment of suppliers for supply of Tur dal under Aksharadasoha Scheme through NCDEX Spot Exchange Ltd) and vide clause-12 of circular " on e-auction of Tur dal under Aksharadasoha Schme vide No.KFCSC /MKT / ADS / TURDAL /NCDEX/ 89/2011-12 / dated 26.04.2011 by the third party inspection agency i.e M/s.NCMSL(COMMGRADE), 4-7-18/6B, Rajendranagar, Nacharam, Hydarabad-500 076, appointed by KFCSC Ltd.
